IP Valuation is a key aspect which must be developed to efficiently translate results of government-funded R&Ds into useful products and services that will benefit the nation.
In line with the projects “Support to the Commercialization of 500 DOST Generated Technologies: Strengthening the Intellectual Property and Technology Portfolios of the DOST (Fairness Opinion Board-Phase 2 Project)” and “Valuation of Technologies Generated from PCAARRD-funded Research” which forms part of the Technology Transfer Pathway, a two-day live-in training-workshop on IP Valuation entitled “Royalty Rates and Other Financial Terms” will be delivered by none other than Prof. Philip Mendes, a licensing and IP negotiation expert having 25 years of experience in the field.
